Moving from Within

The time is now!  Through asanas -yoga postures - you will develop a fit body and mind.  Your body will become strong and flexible, and your mind, quiet and focused.  With practice you become aware of the relationship that exists between your body and mind, and you can then act from this awareness. 



This new awareness brings peace and wellness.  Through the process of  stretching and breathing, "going within,"  you naturally release tension and stress in your body and mind.  Yoga allows our energy to flow more freely as nature intended, and emotional releases often occur.  This is an ongoing, experiential journey into the alive and changing territory of the body.  

Activating your Senses

Through pranassage -soothing adjustment- and paired with aromatherapy, your yoga poses can be more relaxing and restorative. The scent of essential oils and my intuitive touch activate the subtle interplay between body and mind.  You become aware of the continual dialogue between awareness and action.  This brings you into the present moment and connects you with your senses.  I use this therapy throughout  your private session. 

 

Breath Work

Pranayama is the breathing exercise of yoga.  Prana (life energy) refers to "that which is infinitely everywhere," and Ayama means "to stretch or extend." This breathing practice balances the flow of energy through your body and mind, creating a feeling of clarity and wellness.  I will  guide you and encourage you through this practice.  We breathe together in the session as you move through yoga asanas. 

I create a safe and sacred space in my private studio to do this work.


 

Spiritual Practice

You will get better at yoga and get stronger and activate your life force. 

It works, as long as you breathe and take each step, your energy and well being will improve.



You will learn the yoga poses that suit you.



You will have the opportunity to feel your spirit and get insights into what your spiritual practice looks like.
